The PBW team is composed of highly trained and compassionate professionals who are dedicated to the well-being of your child. Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) bring a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for helping children with autism reach their full potential.
Hi there — I'm Anna, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) driven by a profound passion for delivering exceptional and compassionate care to children on the autism spectrum. My journey in the field of applied behavior analysis has been shaped by a formal education at The University of Illinois, where I laid the foundation for my commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of children and their families while working as a registered behavior technician in homes and at a pediatric therapy center.
Building on this foundation, I pursued a Master's degree in applied behavior analysis from the esteemed Chicago School of Professional Psychology. My focus is on creating a therapeutic environment that goes beyond conventional methods, aiming to establish an enjoyable and play-based relationship with your child.
In addition to my educational background, I bring extensive experience in the pediatric therapy field. Since 2018, I've worked in various capacities, including at a psychiatric hospital, as a applied behavior analysis program manager at a school, and as a supervising clinician in both clinics and homes. This diverse experience has further shaped my approach and strengthened my ability to provide comprehensive support to children and their families.
I understand the significance of the early developmental years, and my mission is to harness the potential within each child, fostering growth, communication, and social interaction. By tailoring interventions to the unique needs of each child, I aspire to make a lasting difference in their lives.

Hello there! I'm Ali, a dedicated professional with a background as a registered behavior technician (RBT) who has transitioned into the role of an ABA Practice Manager. In addition to my experience as a hands-on ABA therapist, I am now a proud mother to a 8-month-old boy, which adds a personal dimension to my understanding of the importance of quality pediatric services.
My journey in the field started as a direct line ABA therapist, providing me with valuable insights into the dynamics of therapy sessions and the profound impact our work has on the families we support. As a mother myself, I recognize the significance of collaborating with a team whose values align seamlessly with your family's, and I am committed to ensuring that the clinical team is as dedicated to your child's success as you are.
My career path led me to an office management role where I honed my skills in practice management for a pediatric ABA company in Arizona. This experience equipped me with expertise in the administrative aspects of running a private practice, including handling insurance authorizations, treatment plan submissions, scheduling, billing, and proficiency in various ABA-specific software programs.
In my supporting role as a care coordinator, I place a strong emphasis on clinical outcomes when crafting schedules and managing the administrative side of the practice. My goal is to create an environment where both the administrative and clinical aspects seamlessly align, ensuring the best possible outcomes for the children and families we serve.

At Play-Based Wellness, our commitment to providing personalized, high-quality care sets us apart from larger organizations. As a private practice, we intentionally limit the number of children we serve to ensure each client receives the individualized attention they deserve. Unlike larger organizations where BCBAs may manage up to 20 clients, our BCBA services a maximum of 10 clients at a time. This allows us to dedicate more time and resources to developing tailored treatment plans and building meaningful relationships with each child and their family. At PBW, your child's progress and well-being are our top priorities.
At PBW, we offer a range of services designed to meet the unique needs of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Our comprehensive approach ensures that each child receives the support they need to thrive.
