At Play-Based Wellness, we specialize in early intervention ABA therapy for children ages 2–8 in a supportive, play-based, and naturalistic environment. Our Allen clinic is designed to feel like a second home — welcoming, engaging, and built around your child’s needs.
🧸 A Day at the Clinic
Your child’s day at Play-Based Wellness is structured, yet playful and engaging. While activities rotate and are personalized to each child, a typical day may include:
Circle Time & Music (building social routines and language)
Small Group Learning (guided activities with peers)
1:1 Skill-Building (individualized ABA goals)
Social Games (peer interaction, turn-taking, joint attention)
Centers (rotating play-based learning stations)
Sensory Breaks & Quiet Time (as needed throughout the day)
Outdoor & Indoor Gross Motor Play (developing motor coordination)
Breakfast, Snack & Lunch Routines (building independence and routines)
🕛 Please Note: From 12:00 to 1:00 PM, children take a break for lunch and movement. This hour is non-billable and provides an opportunity for rest and recharging in a low-demand environment.

Natural Environment Teaching (NET)
We work with:
Children ages 2 to 8 with an autism diagnosis
Families looking for naturalistic ABA in a structured, yet flexible setting
Parents seeking close collaboration with their child’s BCBA
In-Clinic ABA Therapy
We offer full-day and part-day ABA programs designed to support your child’s growth in communication, play, social-emotional, and self-help skills. Every child receives one-on-one support in a warm, engaging environment.
Parent Coaching
We work closely with families to help you understand and apply strategies that support your child’s progress at home. Parent coaching is collaborative, personalized, and rooted in your family’s goals.
Initial & Ongoing Assessments
Before starting services, we complete a comprehensive assessment to understand your child’s strengths, needs, and learning style. Progress is continually monitored and goals are updated regularly.
One-on-One Support
Each child is paired with a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who provides individualized support throughout the day. All RBTs are trained in our play-based approach and closely supervised by your child’s BCBA.
Program Supervision & Customization
Your child’s Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is onsite and actively involved — observing sessions, updating goals, and ensuring the therapy plan grows with your child.

If you're considering using insurance to cover the cost of therapy, we'll handle the verification process to determine the extent of coverage for ABA services, alleviating any concerns you may have about the financial aspect. A financial counseling session will be had explaining any costs associated with therapy.
Once we've connected, our team, led by our dedicated BCBA, Anna Osipova, will reach out to gather essential details about your loved one. This includes their name, age, any diagnosis they may have, insurance information, and of course, understanding unique strengths, challenges, and your aspirations for your child.
Once everything is in place, we'll coordinate with you to schedule therapy sessions that fit seamlessly into your routine.
Our commitment continues throughout therapy, with regular progress monitoring and adjustments to keep us on track toward our goals.
We'll collaborate with you to finalize your treatment plan, ensuring it meets your expectations.
