Anna Osipova

Founding Clinician | MS, BCBA, LBA

Hi there — I'm Anna, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) driven by a profound passion for delivering exceptional and compassionate care to children on the autism spectrum. My journey in the field of applied behavior analysis has been shaped by a formal education at The University of Illinois, where I laid the foundation for my commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of children and their families while working as a registered behavior technician in homes and at a pediatric therapy center.

Building on this foundation, I pursued a Master's degree in applied behavior analysis from the esteemed Chicago School of Professional Psychology. My focus is on creating a therapeutic environment that goes beyond conventional methods, aiming to establish an enjoyable and play-based relationship with your child.

In addition to my educational background, I bring extensive experience in the pediatric therapy field. Since 2018, I've worked in various capacities, including at a psychiatric hospital, as a applied behavior analysis program manager at a school, and as a supervising clinician in both clinics and homes. This diverse experience has further shaped my approach and strengthened my ability to provide comprehensive support to children and their families.

I understand the significance of the early developmental years, and my mission is to harness the potential within each child, fostering growth, communication, and social interaction. By tailoring interventions to the unique needs of each child, I aspire to make a lasting difference in their lives.

Jordan Hix

Legal & Compliance Advisor | JD

Hi, I’m Jordan! At PBW, I oversee all things compliance and legal—making sure our practice stays aligned with industry standards, licensing requirements, and the evolving regulations in the ABA world. I work closely with leadership to build systems that protect our staff, our clients, and the integrity of our work.

My background is in legal operations and compliance within healthcare, and I’ve always been passionate about supporting mission-driven organizations behind the scenes. Whether it's refining policies, reviewing contracts, or navigating the gray areas (yes, they exist!), I’m here to make sure we’re operating with clarity, care, and accountability.

Fun Fact: I’ve never been late to a meeting. It’s not a challenge—but also, it kind of is.

Keyla Gallardo

Office Manager| BA

Hi, I’m Keyla! I’ve been in the ABA field for over 10 years—five of those spent hands-on as a behavior technician and trainer, and the last five focused on operations. I’ve worked with all age groups and absolutely love supporting kids, families, and the team behind the scenes.

Now as Office Manager at PBW, I get to blend my passion for organization with my heart for people. I’m all about creating smooth systems, solving problems before they become problems, and making sure everything on the administrative side runs like clockwork (with a little kindness sprinkled in).

My goal is to create an environment where the clinical and administrative sides work hand in hand—because when the back end is strong, everyone can thrive.

Fun Fact: Before ABA, I was into bodybuilding—so yes, I like strong foundations in more ways than one!

Kandice Jones

BCBA Analyst (In Training)

Hi I am Kandice Jones, a dedicated mental health professional from a small town in Mississippi. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling and a Bachelor's in Child Development, and I'm currently pursuing certification in Applied Behavior Analysis to become a BCBA. With over seven years of experience as a certified mental health therapist, I've worked with children aged 1 to 18 in various settings, including classrooms and therapy sessions. My background has given me a deep understanding of child development and emotional regulation. In my current role as a BAT, I provide compassionate, evidence-based ABA therapy to young children. I'm passionate about helping each child reach their full potential in a nurturing and structured environment.

Hana Nakib

Senior Little's Registered Behavior Technician

Hi, I’m Hana Nakib, born and raised in Dallas, Texas! Four years ago, I discovered my passion for working with kids through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and it has been a transformative journey. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), I have learned the meaningful impact of this work, and my “superpower” lies in my patience and ability to connect with the children. The most rewarding part of my job is witnessing their progress unfold right before my eyes. Even after four years, I feel like my journey is just beginning.

Rue Marunda

Senior Middle's Registered Behavior Technician

As a Senior Lead RBT, my primary responsibility is to be a supportive resource for both the other RBTs and management. I am dedicated to the patients, their families, my colleagues, and my own professional growth. In this role, I have the opportunity to lead while also being an integral part of the team. I strive to assist wherever I can, whether it involves helping patients, supporting management, or collaborating with fellow RBTs. Additionally, I enhance my skills as an RBT by continuously learning about our patients, applying new knowledge in practice, seeking constructive criticism, and providing feedback when necessary.

Katie

BCBA

I was working for a behavior program whose primary clientele was kiddos who experienced behavioral challenges due to some sort of trauma. While working this program I accidentally did the BCaBA coursework without realizing it. During this time I was moving to CO so that’s when I actually discovered ABA while trying to find a job before moving from FL. I started working for a small clinic as a RBT and within a few months I knew that I wanted to be a BCBA. I started in October and was in grad school the following January! I am so excited to get started working with the kiddos at PBW! Early intervention is my favorite age group to work with. I believe kids learn best through play and when they are having fun! I work hard to keep programming fun and to foster an excellent learning environment for all learners.

Belinda

Registered Behavior Technician

My name is Bell Kahindo, and my journey to becoming an RBT began through my work as a swim coach. Over time, I noticed how many parents of children with autism sought specialized guidance to help their kids feel confident and safe in the water. That experience taught me patience, creativity, and the importance of individualized support. I pursued behavior therapy so I could continue helping children reach milestones both in and out of the water. I believe that with the right tools and encouragement, nothing is impossible for children with autism.

Kaityln

Registered Behavior Technician

An RBT is an individual who shows up eager to make a difference, who is enthusiastic about the change and impact we, as RBTs, have on the children, and who is ready to PLAY all day. As an RBT, I have experience seeing children grow in multiple ways, and proving doctors wrong is the best part for me. I love children and have worked with them for over 5 years. My passion is helping children and building their social skills.

Larissa

Registered Behavior Technician

I became an RBT because of my passion for working with kids and helping them develop meaningful communication skills. I find it so rewarding to support kiddos in their learning journeys and watch them grow and adapt over time. As an RBT, I'm committed to supporting kiddos in building meaningful communication skills and reaching their full potential, all while cheering them on every step of the way!

Jade

Registered Behavior Technician

I have worked with children throughout my life and have always been intrigued by working in the ABA world. Being an RBT, I push to grow and learn beyond just requirements. I am eager to help in any way and aid to the best of my abilities! I love having an impact on learners' lives and their families. I strive to foster strong relationships, trust, and understanding between the learners and me, so I can better support them!

Nathan

Registered Behavior Technician

I became an RBT because I love seeing those "lightbulb moments" when a kiddo picks up a new skill or realizes what they are capable of. It's such a rewarding feeling to know I get to make learning fun and meaningful while helping these kiddos grow into their best selves. I love cheering them on, celebrating their progress, and making sure they know how proud I am of them every step of the way!

What Sets Us Apart

At Play-Based Wellness (PBW), we’re proud to be a family-owned, clinician-run practice. Every decision is guided by our professional expertise and our personal commitment to your child’s success—never by corporate quotas.

Our services center on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), a gold-standard Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI) for young learners. All PBW therapists receive formal training and ongoing supervision in NDBI methods, ensuring every session is play-based, research-driven, and tailored to your child.

Because we keep our practice intentionally small and relationship-focused, we can:

  • Craft truly individualized treatment plans that honor each child’s unique strengths and needs.

  • Dedicate ample face-to-face time coaching families, so strategies carry over seamlessly into daily life.

  • Foster warm, lasting relationships built on trust, consistency, and genuine care.

The result is a therapeutic experience where your child’s growth, joy, and well-being—and your family’s peace of mind—are always front and center.
